Youth Leadership Clinics are one-day relational and practical clinics, where youth pastors and their leadership teams can be encouraged and inspired towards building stronger and more effective youth ministries. Clinics are designed in collaboration with the regional cluster leaders. Currently all of our regional clinics are focused toward effectively multiplying disciple-making leaders.
Youth Leadership Clinics prepare leaders to be:
Discipleship and Leadership Orientated (multiplication)
Vision and values centered (Biblical)
Culturally proactive and creative (ready to adapt; ready to engage culture; infiltrate culture)
Mission driven (inspired to sacrifice, understanding the "whys" and "hows's" of great commission living)
Emphasize God's Kingdom principles
Facilitate Canada's youth to love God, others, and to make a difference
