Next Gen Leaders, Timeout has been designed just for you. It’s a weekend where you can be refreshed, sleep in a little, have some laughs, take a relaxing walk, meet new friends and catch up with old ones.
 
Ministry has some unique demands on leaders both emotionally and spiritually. There are seasons where we simply need to get away and take time out.  This year, Timeout is in world-class Whistler BC and our theme is “Lift”.  In this breathtaking setting we can literally lift up our eyes to the mountains and remind ourselves that our help comes only from God.  He is the maker of heaven and earth and the one who knows us deeply and renews us with His strength.  We are excited to have Paul Fraser from Alberta with us and we are anticipating a meaningful and refreshing time together in Jesus.

PAUL FRASER

As part of an exciting district lead team for
Alberta and Northwest Territories, Paul oversees the department of Church Ministries for that region. With his many ministry miles, certification as a professional life coach and the experience that comes with being married and having four children; he comes with fresh perspectives, humorous stories and Spirit-led talks.

Each Timeout registrant is responsible to book their own accommodations. We’ve included some discounted hotel rates for our conference attendees. Please ask for the TIMEOUT conference rates when booking with the partnering hotels. Please note that hotel rates vary according to preference. Its peak season too. Room choices are based on a first come, first served basis, so we highly recommend you register early to secure your choice!

*Tantalus lodge can sleep up to 6 people in a room and they are perfect for sharing (they offer private bedrooms with bathrooms) they may be the best bang for you buck if you are planning on sharing with others. But again – book early! If you do not require a room (e.g. staying with friends or working out a deal), please register for the conference as soon as possible as we will need to understand our catering needs.

KIDS PROGRAM

We will have a parents room with a childcare/ kids program available during the general sessions for children up to age 8. Each child must be registered. Please note that this program will be available to parents on a first come, first served basis, please register as soon as possible.
