Camp Qwanoes: Director of Staffing |
This full-time year-round paid position is
responsible for all aspects of building the
summer staff team including recruiting,
selecting, orientation, care, and related
administration; for retreat and guest-
group staffing; and assisting with
building the year-round staff team. Will
provide leadership to the key summer
staff support positions, including Head
Counselors, as well as provide human
resource support to summer and year-
round staff leaders. Will oversee
summer staff and camper follow-up in
the fall. Will seek to involve volunteers
from supporting churches, and to
enhance the connection with local
churches. This team player is a
ministry-oriented, spiritually mature
Christian with excellent management,
organizational, people skills and
leadership abilities, and a deep love for
children's and youth ministry. Requires
a related degree and experience. The
Director of Staffing is a key part of the
Qwanoes Director team. Previous
experience in Christian camp ministry is
preferred. |
